Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who we are

2. Acceptance of these Terms
By browsing this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or place an order.

3. Pricing and GST
All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price payable for an order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout, regardless of any price change afterwards.

4. Payment
We accept payment via Shopify Payments (credit and debit card) and Afterpay, as displayed at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order, except where a "buy now, pay later" provider (such as Afterpay) is used, in which case that provider's own payment schedule and terms apply.

5. Order acceptance and cancellation
Your order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. A contract is only formed once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order — including after confirmation — where:
- a product is unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable;
- there is an error in the price or description of a product on our website;
- we suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms; or
- we're otherwise unable to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will provide a full refund.

6. Product descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images on this site are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and minor variations between the product photographed and the product you receive (e.g. due to supplier batch differences) may occur. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if a product is not fit for purpose, not of acceptable quality, or significantly different from its description.

7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or your purchase of a product. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your rights to a repair, replacement, or refund for a faulty or misdescribed product.

8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
