Shipping Policy

We dispatch orders from our partner warehouse within two business days of purchase. Standard delivery across Australia typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on all orders.

Delays
Occasionally, delivery can take longer during peak periods (e.g. Christmas) or due to circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays or customs processing. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us at support@watthappens.com.au and we'll investigate immediately.

Incorrect address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We're not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, but we'll do what we can to help if you contact us quickly.
