Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your Nook. If you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or damaged items
If your Nook arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law, at no cost to you, including return shipping. Contact us at support@watthappens.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort it out promptly.

How to start a return
Email support@watthappens.com.au with your order number. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions within 3-5 business days.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
